Verkhniye Tatyshly is a rural locality situated in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Tatyshlinsky District.
According to census data, the population of the settlement has fluctuated over recent decades. The 2010 census recorded a population of 6,645 residents, following a count of 6,329 in 2002 and 5,282 during the 1989 Soviet census.
