Neftekamsk is a city located in the northwest of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. It is situated on the Kama River, approximately 220 kilometers (140 mi) from Ufa, which serves as the capital of the republic.
The city functions as a significant industrial and cultural center within the region. According to census data, its population was recorded at 122,290 in 2002 and 121,733 in 2010.
