Belebey is a town located in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. It is situated on the bank of the Usen River, approximately 180 kilometers (110 mi) from the regional center of Ufa.
According to census data, the population of the town has fluctuated over recent decades. In 2010, the population was recorded at 60,188, following a figure of 60,928 in 2002 and 53,443 during the 1989 Soviet census.
