Kharabali is a town located in the Astrakhan Oblast of Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Kharabalinsky District and is situated on the left bank of the Akhtuba River, approximately 142 kilometers (88 mi) northwest of the oblast's administrative center, Astrakhan.

According to census data, the town has maintained a relatively stable population over recent decades. The population was recorded at 18,566 during the 1989 Soviet census, 18,296 in 2002, and 18,117 in 2010.
