Magdagachi is an urban locality situated in Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Magdagachinsky District within the Amur Oblast region.
The settlement is located approximately 367 kilometers (228 miles) northwest of the city of Blagoveshchensk. According to census data, its population has fluctuated over time, recorded at 15,578 in the 1989 Soviet census, decreasing to 12,208 in 2002 and further to 10,897 by 2010.
