Arkhara is an urban-type settlement located in Russia. It serves as the administrative center of the Arkharinsky District within the Amur Oblast region.
The town is situated at the junction of the Transbaikal Railway and the Far Eastern Railway, with the Arkhara River flowing nearby. According to census data, the population was 10,847 in 2002 and 9,585 in 2010.
