Belokurikha is a town and balneological resort located in the Altai region of Russia. It is situated on the Belokurikha River, approximately 250 kilometers (160 mi) south of Barnaul, which serves as the administrative center of the krai.
As of the 2010 Census, the town had a population of 14,661. It is primarily recognized for its status as a balneological resort.
