Pančevo is a city located in the southern part of the Banat region in Serbia. It serves as the administrative center of the South Banat District within the autonomous province of Vojvodina. The city is situated on the shores of the Tamiš and Danube rivers.
As of the 2022 census, the Pančevo administrative area has a population of 115,454 people. It ranks as the third largest city in Vojvodina and the seventh largest city in Serbia by population.
