Kanjiža, formerly known as Stara Kanjiža, is a town and municipality situated in the North Banat District of the autonomous province of Vojvodina in Serbia.
The settlement serves as the administrative center for its namesake municipality. As of recent data, the town has a population of 8,067 inhabitants, while the broader Kanjiža municipality has a total population of 20,141 residents.
