Ražanj is a village and municipality situated in the Nišava District of southern Serbia. It is located approximately 50 kilometers northwest of the city of Niš.
The municipality covers a total area of 289 square kilometers and comprises 23 settlements. As of recent data, the total population of the municipality is 7,010 inhabitants, with 1,138 residents living specifically in the village of Ražanj.
