Bosilegrad is a town and municipality located in the Pčinja District of southeast Serbia. It is situated on the border with Bulgaria and covers a total area of 571 km2, which includes 37 settlements.
According to the 2022 census, the urban settlement has a population of 2,348 inhabitants, while the broader municipality has a population of 6,065. The demographic composition is characterized by a majority Bulgarian ethnicity at 67.2%, with Serbian ethnicity declared by 13.0% of the residents.
