Moara Vlăsiei is a commune located in the northern part of Ilfov County within the Muntenia region of Romania. The name of the commune translates to "Mill of Wallachian forest."
The administrative center of the commune was moved from the village of Căciulați to Moara Vlăsiei in 1968. The commune is currently composed of two villages: Căciulați and Moara Vlăsiei.
