Valea Dragului is a commune situated in Giurgiu County within the Muntenia region of Romania. It consists of a single village, which shares its name with the commune.
The administrative boundaries of Valea Dragului were established following the 1968 merger of the former villages of Ciocoveni and Ghimpați into the existing village of Valea Dragului.
