Spulber is a commune situated in Vrancea County, Romania. It was established as an independent administrative unit in 2005 following its separation from the former Paltin Commune.
The commune is composed of seven distinct villages: Carșochești-Corăbița, Morărești, Păvălari, Spulber, Tojanii de Jos, Tojanii de Sus, and Țipău.
