Răstoaca is a commune situated in Vrancea County, Romania. It consists of a single village, which shares the same name as the commune.
The administrative status of Răstoaca changed in 2004 when it was split off from the Milcovul commune. Prior to this separation, it had been part of Milcovul since 1968.
