Panciu is a town located in Vrancea County, Romania. It is situated in the southern part of Western Moldavia along the river Șușița, approximately 30 km (19 mi) northwest of Focșani.
The administrative area of Panciu includes five surrounding villages: Crucea de Jos, Crucea de Sus, Dumbrava, Neicu, and Satu Nou.
