Milcovul is a commune situated in Vrancea County, Romania. It is located within the historical region of Muntenia.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of two villages: Lămotești and Milcovul. Historically, the territory also included the villages of Gologanu and Răstoaca from 1968 until they were established as separate communes in 2004.
