Adjud is a city located in Vrancea County within the Western Moldavia region of Romania. It currently has a population of 15,178 inhabitants.
The city is situated north of the confluence where the Trotuș River enters the Siret River. Historically, Adjud served as a marketplace for the surrounding area.
