Galicea is a commune situated in the Muntenia region of Romania. It is located within Vâlcea County.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of nine distinct villages: Bratia din Deal, Bratia din Vale, Cocoru, Cremenari, Dealu Mare, Galicea, Ostroveni, Teiu, and Valea Râului.
