Diculești is a commune located in Vâlcea County within the Oltenia region of Romania. The administrative area is composed of four distinct villages: Băbeni-Oltețu, Budești, Colelia, and Diculești.
The current boundaries of the commune were established in 2004 when these four villages were split off from the former Făurești Commune.
