Băile Govora is a Romanian spa town located in Vâlcea County within the historical region of Oltenia. It is situated approximately 20 km (12 mi) southwest of Râmnicu Vâlcea and lies to the west of the Olt River.
The town is characterized by several notable cultural and religious sites, including the Govora Abbey and the nearby Dintr-un lemn Monastery.
