Sarichioi is a commune located in Tulcea County within the Northern Dobruja region of Romania. The administrative area is composed of five distinct villages: Enisala, Sabangia, Sarichioi, Zebil, and Visterna.
The demographic makeup of the commune features an ethnic Romanian majority alongside a significant Lipovan community, which accounts for 43.1% of the population.
