Cenad is a commune located in Timiș County, Romania. It consists of a single village also named Cenad, which was established during the 20th century through the merger of two former settlements: Cenadu Mare and Cenadu Vechi.
The village serves as an important customs point on the border between Romania and Hungary. Its geographical position facilitates international transit and trade between the two neighboring countries.
