Cărpiniș is a commune located in Timiș County, Romania. The administrative area currently consists of two villages: Cărpiniș and Iecea Mică.
Historically, the commune included the village of Iecea Mare. However, Iecea Mare was split off in 2004 to establish its own separate commune.
