Slobozia Mândra is a commune located in Teleorman County within the Muntenia region of Romania. The administrative area consists of a single village, which shares the same name as the commune.
Historically, the territory included two additional villages. However, these were separated from Slobozia Mândra in 2004 to form the independent Uda-Clocociov Commune.
