Vatra Dornei is a city located in Suceava County in north-eastern Romania. It is situated within the historical regions of Bukovina and Western Moldavia.
The city is the fifth largest urban settlement in Suceava County. According to the 2021 census, Vatra Dornei has a population of 12,578 inhabitants.
