Milișăuți is a town located in Suceava County in northeastern Romania. It is situated within the historical regions of Bukovina and Western Moldavia.
As of the 2021 census, the town has a population of 4,657 inhabitants. It ranks as the fifteenth largest urban settlement in Suceava County.
