Fundu Moldovei is a commune situated in the Bukovina region of northeastern Romania. It is located within Suceava County.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of ten distinct villages: Botuș, Botușel, Braniștea, Colacu, Delnița, Deluț, Fundu Moldovei, Obcina Ursului, Plai, and Smida Ungurenilor.
