Fântâna Mare is a commune located in Suceava County, Romania. It was established as an independent administrative unit in 2003 after being split from the former Vadu Moldovei Commune.
The commune is composed of four distinct villages: Cotu Băii, Fântâna Mare, Praxia, and Spătărești.
