Fălticeni is a town located in Suceava County in northeastern Romania. It is situated within the historical region of Western Moldavia.
The settlement was officially declared a municipality in 1995, alongside the cities of Rădăuți and Câmpulung Moldovenesc. According to data from the 2021 census, Fălticeni ranks as the third largest urban settlement in Suceava County.
