Coșna is a commune situated in Suceava County within the historical region of Bukovina in northeastern Romania. The administrative area is composed of five distinct villages: Coșna, Podu Coșnei, Românești, Teșna, and Valea Bancului.

The commune was established as an independent entity in 2003 after being split off from the former Dorna Candrenilor commune. It remains a rural locality characterized by its position in the Bukovina region.
