Cornu Luncii is a commune situated in the Bukovina region of northeastern Romania. It is located within Suceava County.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of nine distinct villages: Băișești, Brăiești, Cornu Luncii, Dumbrava, Păiseni, Sasca Mare, Sasca Mică, Sasca Nouă, and Șinca.
