Capu Câmpului is a commune situated in the Bukovina region of northeastern Romania, within Suceava County. The administrative area consists of a single village also named Capu Câmpului.
Historically, the locality was part of the larger Valea Moldovei commune from 1968 until 2003, at which point it was officially split off to become an independent commune.
