Breaza is a town located in Prahova County within the Muntenia region of Romania. The administrative center of the town was formed by the merger of at least two former villages, Podu Vadului and Breaza de Sus.
The town currently comprises ten distinct villages: Breaza de Jos, Breaza de Sus, Frăsinet, Gura Beliei, Irimești, Nistorești, Podu Corbului, Podu Vadului, Surdești, and Valea Târsei.
