Baia is a commune located in Suceava County within the historical region of Western Moldavia in northeastern Romania. As of 2021, the commune has a population of 7,261 and consists of two villages: Baia and Bogata.
Situated on the Moldova River, the area is noted for being one of the earliest urban settlements in the region of Moldavia.
