Tilișca is a commune located in Sibiu County within the Transylvania region of Romania. It is situated in the Cindrel Mountains, approximately 26 km (16 mi) west of the county capital, Sibiu.
The commune is part of the Mărginimea Sibiului ethnographic area and is composed of two villages: Rod and Tilișca.
