Ocna Sibiului is a town located in the center of Sibiu County in southern Transylvania, central Romania. It is situated approximately 10 km (6.2 mi) to the north-west of the county seat, Sibiu.
The town administers a single village known as Topârcea. It serves as a local administrative hub within the region of central Romania.
