Călinești-Oaș is a commune located in the north-western part of Romania within Satu Mare County. It is situated in the region of Maramureș and has a recorded population of 5,117 as of 2021.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of four distinct villages: Călinești-Oaș, Coca (Kakáktelep), Lechința (Avaslekence), and Pășunea Mare (Nagylegelő).
