Beltiug is a commune located in the Transylvania region of Romania within Satu Mare County. It has a population of 3,228 inhabitants and is situated along the main road E81, approximately 35 km south of the county seat, Satu Mare.
The settlement lies on the banks of the Crasna River, positioned south of Ardud. Beltiug is recognized as one of the most significant cultural centers for the Sathmar Swabian community.
