Poseștii-Pământeni is a village located within the commune of Posești in Prahova County, Muntenia, Romania. It is one of ten villages that comprise the administrative boundaries of the Posești commune.
The surrounding area includes several other neighboring settlements, such as Bodești, Merdeala, Nucșoara de Jos, Nucșoara de Sus, Poseștii-Ungureni, Târlești, Valea Plopului, Valea Screzii, and Valea Stupinii.
