Pârșcoveni is a commune located in Olt County within the Oltenia region of Romania. It serves as an administrative division composed of three distinct villages: Butoi, Olari, and Pârșcoveni.
Historically, the territory of the commune was larger; it included the village of Șopârlița until 2004. In that year, Șopârlița was officially split off to establish its own separate commune.
