Călui is a commune located in Olt County within the Oltenia region of Romania. The administrative area consists of two distinct villages: Călui and Gura Căluiu.
The commune was established in 2004 following a territorial split from the former Oboga Commune. Since that time, it has functioned as an independent local administrative unit.
