Bărăștii de Vede is a village located in Romania. It serves as one of the constituent settlements that make up the commune of Bărăști.
The commune is situated within Olt County in the Muntenia region. In addition to Bărăștii de Vede, the administrative area includes seven other villages: Bărăștii de Cepturi, Boroești, Ciocănești, Lăzărești, Mereni, Moțoești, and Popești.
