Girov

Romania

Girov is a commune located in Neamț County within the Western Moldavia region of Romania. It serves as an administrative center for several rural settlements.

The commune is currently composed of nine villages: Boțești, Căciulești, Dănești, Doina, Girov, Gura Văii, Popești, Turturești, and Verșești. Historically, the territory also included the villages of Bălușești and Dochia; however, these were split off in 2003 to form the separate Dochia Commune.
