The Ceahlău Massif is a prominent mountain range located in the Moldavia region of Romania. It is situated within Neamț County and forms part of the Bistrița Mountains range in the Eastern Carpathians division.

The massif features two primary peaks known as Toaca and Ocolașul Mare. Geographically, it is bounded by the river Bistrița and Lake Bicaz to the east, while the river Bicaz borders the range to the south. Access points to the mountain include the village of Izvorul Muntelui, located 12 km north of the town of Bicaz, and the area of Durău to the north.
