Sâncraiu de Mureș is a commune located in Mureș County within the Transylvania region of Romania. The administrative area consists of two primary villages: Nazna (Náznánfalva) and Sâncraiu de Mureș.
The current composition of the commune was influenced by historical mergers, specifically the incorporation of Cornățel (Egerszeg) village into Sâncraiu de Mureș around 1930.
