Alexeni is a commune located in Ialomița County within the Muntenia region of Romania. It is situated approximately 65 km (40 mi) northeast of the capital city, Bucharest, and lies near the town of Urziceni.
The administrative area of the commune consists of a single village, which shares the name Alexeni.
