Sâncrăieni is a commune located in Harghita County, Romania. It consists of a single village also named Sâncrăieni and is situated within the Székely Land, which is an ethno-cultural region in eastern Transylvania.
The area was formerly known by the Romanian name Ciuc-Sâncraiu. It serves as a rural administrative division within the county's geographic landscape.
