Joseni is a commune located in Harghita County, Romania. It is situated within the Székely Land, which is an ethno-cultural region found in eastern Transylvania.
The administrative area of the commune is composed of three distinct villages: Borzont (Borzont), Bucin (Bucsin), and Joseni (Gyergyóalfalu).
