The Sâmbotin is a river located in Romania. It serves as a right tributary of the Jiu River, flowing into it near the village of Sâmbotin.
The river has a total length of 11 km (6.8 mi) and covers a basin size of 35 km2 (14 sq mi). Its upper reach is identified by the name Viezuroiu.
